THE HIGHFIELD WELCOME
Walk into a spacious quarry tiled porch area where there is space to hang coats and leave boots. From here is a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor.
A PLACE TO DINE
Kitchen Dining Room: The dining area is light and spacious and has plenty of room for 8 people. There is a child’s highchair available. The spacious kitchen is newly fitted and is equipped with: integral electric oven and microwave, electric hob with extractor over, dishwasher, under-counter fridge. There is also a toaster and sandwich maker.
RELAX ANY TIME
Sitting room: Flooring throughout the ground floor is wood laminate or tiles. The sitting room has contemporary furnishings, comfortable seating and a Freeview TV, DVD (plus three baskets of DVD’s) and Amazon Firestick. There is also a CD player and radio, books and an excellent selection of games to suit all ages.

Bedroom 1: A double room with king sized bed.
Bedroom 2: A double room.
Bedroom 3: A room with full sized bunk beds.
BATH TIME
The family bathroom has all modern fittings with a shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.
SPACE TO RELAX IN THE SUN
The gardens surround the house on all sides and are partly paved and part lawns with some mature planting and plenty of garden furniture, a barbeque and garden games.
There is ample parking for 3 cars off road and space for boats.
